I loved all the meditations – it was my first time participating in mindfulness – enjoyed all aspects of it. The drumming by Dave , was soothing and inspired me look into its significance.

I loved all the yoga sessions! Some outdoor classes would be amazing. I loved sitting near the window in one of the classes looking out at the grass, trees and seeing the birds hopping round the garden.

Everything about it was perfect – the house, fireplace, food, grounds, the river and pool, view from the yoga room, absence of internet and phone connection and therefore no contact with the outside world, the sun, the rain, the bats, the nesting birds, the location – everything was perfect!

Really good. Got to meet a lovely bunch of people, absolutely enjoyed the food and enjoyed the fresh air as well. Meditations and yoga were good as well.
