Join me this January for two Mindfulness courses in the West End of Glasgow at the Movement Studio in Ashton Lane and start 2017 Mindfully. The first is a “Mindfulness for Life” introduction course running from Sunday January 8th – Sunday January 29th (10am to 11am) which is very suitable for beginners, those with some experience or just those who are looking for some quiet time for themselves on a Sunday morning to simply relax, wind down and have some new relaxation tools and skills for the months and year ahead in 2017.
The 4-Week Sunday morning Introduction course is £40 for the full 4-weeks and can be booked in here
The second course is suitable for those with some experience of meditation or mindfulness who are perhaps struggling with stress in their lives right now. It's an 8-week “Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)” course that runs from Tuesday 10th January – Tuesday 29th February (6pm to 7.30pm). This course was life-changing for me a few years ago when I first took it as a student, bringing so much more calm and focus in my life after my own struggles with low self-esteem, social anxiety and stress. I now feel priviliged to be able to share this course, designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, with anyone in Glasgow who is looking for a smaller practice group and to find new ways of coping with stress or anxiety.
The 8-Week Tuesday evening MBSR course is £80 for the full 8-weeks and can be booked in here
For both courses you will be provided with a private WhatsApp and Facebook group where I will share meditation MP3's, resources, weekly PDF handouts and provide any kind of help and support you may need along the way.
The courses will be held at the Movement Studio in Ashton Lane in the West End of Glasgow and I really hope to see you there so I can share these wonderful practices with you.
